What we collect

• Dispute details you provide in the form (the notice you received, your context, and tone preference).
• Email and password if you create an account (passwords are stored only as a salted hash).
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Dispute details are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate your letter. Email is used to identify your account and retrieve your saved letters. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Retention

Generated letters and dispute submissions are retained for 90 days and then deleted automatically, unless you have an account, in which case they remain available to you until you request deletion.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@disputeshield.xyz.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
