Terms of Service

1. What DisputeShield Is — and Isn't
DisputeShield is an information product that drafts response letters based on Texas property law. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice and do not represent you. Use of this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed Texas attorney.
2. Pricing & Refunds
DisputeShield charges a flat $9 per generated letter. Each purchase includes one (1) free tone adjustment. Because the product is digital and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
DisputeShield makes no guarantees about the legal effectiveness or outcome of any letter generated by the service. The recipient's response, any settlement, and any judicial outcome are entirely outside our control. You assume all risk associated with sending a letter generated by DisputeShield.
4. Accuracy
We work hard to keep our Texas statute database accurate and to prevent hallucinated legal citations through a two-pass verification system. Statutes change, however, and our database may not reflect the most recent amendments. You are responsible for verifying any citation in your final letter before mailing it.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisputeShield's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific letter giving rise to the claim ($9). DisputeShield is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DisputeShield to harass, threaten, or defraud any person, or to generate content that is unlawful or violates the rights of others.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
